Check- in
Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows time for a leisurely check in and a few moments to relax and enjoy the oasis of the Islands. Island Oasis is an appointment base service and an appointment must be made prior to your visit. As such, we do not attract or accept “walk-in” business and all of our services are designed to provide a relaxing experience in an exclusive setting. A credit card is required to book an appointment.
Cancellations Policy
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations to spa appointments received less than 24 hours prior to the appointment start time will result in a 50% charge for the treatment being applied to the credit card on file.
Please note our Practitioners are not Registered massage therapists (RMT) they are Spa practitioners.
